  • I am far away, but I'd still like to train. Do you offer online instruction?
Yes, we do. Please contact us for more information, as we have a full online study course.
  • Will the training be difficult?
Yes, the training will be difficult, but not in the context that you may have in mind. You must study hard and build repetition to retain the theory and techniques. If you aren't willing to study at home, do homework and research, and take tests to monitor your progress, then our dojo will not be the right fit for you.
  • I don't have any martial arts experience. Will your dojo be the right fit for me?
We prefer students who have no martial arts background. This will allow you to learn from a clean slate. We also allow those to join who have different martial arts backgrounds.
  • How much will the training cost?
Please click on the "How To Join" page on the site's main menu, as it will outline in full detail membership costs and how we address this specific question. We can say that we will charge the average country-based rate.
  • Are there any hidden fees?
No. We will notify you during the interview process ahead of time what is required to train and when. You will be required to purchase certain tools and weapons to further your training, but not right away.
  • What is your class schedule?
Our time slots vary from Monday to Thursday, and Saturdays to consider every student's schedule. Please contact us for more information on time slots.
  • How many times per week will I be able to come to class?
This will depend on you, your schedule, and the membership that you choose to move forward with. We require all members to attend class once a week at the very least.
  • Is traditional Japanese martial arts practical for the modern world?
Yes. A lot of what we study can be applied, including knife and firearm defense tactics. Some subjects we study are very traditional, hence it isn't practical for the modern world. However, we believe it's always best to know your past/history to know your present and future.
  • How do I know that what I'm learning is the "real deal"?
Our dojo is affiliated with the Ninpo US organization. Luis Martinez Sensei has trained in Japan with various grandmasters. His official Japanese certificates are displayed in our facility for the students to view.
  • Do you offer private one-on-one instruction?
Yes, we do. Please contact us for more information.
  • How old do I have to be to train?
We offer classes for children ranging from 4-13 years and classes for adults ranging from 14 and up.
  • Is your facility good for LARP?
No. We take our training and studies very seriously. If you're interested in LARP for Ninja and Samurai, it would be best to attend cosplay conventions.
